Sketchest — Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sketchest, a daily drawing game provided by Nathan Baker (trading as “circlesocial”). By using the app or sketchest.com, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Sketchest

You may play, browse, and post drawings for personal, non-commercial fun. You must be old enough to use the service in your country (at least 13). Don’t misuse the service or try to break, overload, or access it in unauthorized ways.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the drawings you create. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and share that content within Sketchest (for example, in the public gallery and Hall of Fame). You are responsible for what you post.

3. Acceptable use

Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We use moderation and reporting and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You can delete your account at any time — see Account & Data Deletion.

5. Ads and free service

Sketchest is free and supported by ads served by Google. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
